I booked for one night on 14th August .I never stayed in the Apartment. Was interested in cancellation and raised the issue exactly 5 days in advance which is the requirement ie 9th of Aug . My message was never responded in time. And so eventually there was no refund made. The Apartment may be good , I simply dont know as I didnt stay there. But the first communication was not satisfactory. The exact communication as it happened from my side is pasted below. 13/08/2026: Hello, If you see the communication below, the request for cancellation was made on 9th of August and my booking is on 14th of August. This is exactly 5 days in advance as per your requirement. But there was no communication from your side. So will it be possible to refund the money? Thanks and Regards 13/08/2026: And I deposited the room rent directly to you through bank transfer. Please refund it. Regards 13/08/2026: I had booked directly Tesla house. Not through any booking agent. So I cannot cancel via any other site. 13/08/2026: I am told to cancel the reservation myself. I am not given any link. Please send me the link for cancellation. 11/08/2026: Please cancel my reservation. I am not able to come. If possible could you refund the costs. I have written on 9th August as well on this issue..
